Harvey has worked to keep Dressage Court running since day 1. He's part of our friendly resident services team responsible for making life at Dressage Court a breeze. Harvey's favourite part of Dressage Court is the views across to the City at night.

Sasha is one of the familiar faces on the team at Dressage Court. Sasha loves working in Bethnal Green, as it's just a 10-minute walk from Victoria Park, where she spent much of her childhood in the local parks and museums.

Lukas is our in-house handyman, in charge of keeping Vantage Point running smoothly. A fitness fanatic who loves travelling, Lukas' favourite thing about the neighbourhood of Vantage Point is the amazing parks around Archway and nearby Highgate.

Best Place to live in London
Everything is very nice and modern. The rooftop as well as the shared spaces are very much high class and very clean all the time. The gym although small it's not very busy so it's great cause it's like having a private gym! The people and the concierge team are great!
Best place ever!
Dressage court residence team is friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure that we have a comfortable and wonderful time living here. It seems to be a fairly new building with some recent renovations. The best part of dressage court, I will have to say, will be the amazing Rooftop which includes a barbecue, faux grass and lots of flowers that are well kept.
Great place to live
Great pet friendly apartment. All the reception staff are very kind and helpful. Roof garden and game room are great! Free gym is very convenient too. Designs and facilities are very new and stylish. The management team’s response is quick via email.
Excellent area to live especially if you own a pet
Dressage Court is a great area to live. Pet friendly is a big plus and the staff are very helpful when it comes to pets. The apartments are very spacious and everything is of a high standard.

Very nice staff and management team. Great pet-friendly apartment! Neighbours are also very nice and helpful to each other. Designs and stylish and you could choose what furnitures you’d like to keep when you just move in. If you don’t like anything, just tell the management team and they’ll get rid of them.
Strongly recommended. Great place for living
"Great place for living: there is gym, rooftop with a stunning view, working space, etc. the whole building was recently renovated, so everything looks really fresh and fancy right now. Nice quality of building itself, perfect isolation, no problem with heating/water/etc. Additionally, many thanks to property management for being super responsive and nice."
Fantastic place to live
The building is so modern and built for city living. Our apartment is warm, nicely decorated and everything works great. Any issues are sorted out quickly! The staff are so friendly and helpful and having 24 hour concierge feels very safe. Parcels are always delivered safely.
The residents team are the best part of Dressage Court
The residents team are the best part of Dressage Court, very helpful and friendly. The flats are modern and spacious, and it's good to have common space (like the roof terrace) etc if you need more room. Fairly quiet and never a problem with neighbours. Good amenities in the flats.
Couldn't recommend it more
When I got here I was very well received by the resident's team, Mandy and Harvey on the desk are amazing. Mandy always goes out of her way to make sure you are ok and comfortable. Michelle from the lettings office was the most attentive since the moment of the first email I sent until now that I'm in the building.
Luxurious complex with many communal areas
Wonderful friendly staff and 24\7 reception/security. There is a small gym available for all residents, plus a large common room and even a working area. The 7th floor was recently renovated to include a communal kitchen and communal lovely outside area. Not forgetting the gorgeous views on the communal rooftop.
