Each of our buildings is unique in design, structure and the features available. Our goal is to build a vertical neighbourhood that extends beyond your apartment walls. You can spend time with neighbours in the dining room, catch up with friends in the games room or lounge solo on the roof terrace.

Apartments with a roof terrace

All of our building have a roof terrace with views across the neighbourhood. Usually reserved for ultra-premium penthouses, all residents have access to this communal space.

From our London developments you'll have unrivalled views across the city. Each building offers a unique perspective that has its own charm and appeal. This is also where you'll enjoy attending our BBQ events in the summertime.

Each roof terrace offers peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle at street level.

Apartments with a 24/7 concierge

Each of our lobbies are manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which provides security and peace of mind to residents. Any problems or assistance that cannot be managed through our mobile app, can be raised directly with the concierge team.

Each of our London developments has a fully-equipped gym with cardio and strength equipment. Our partners, Align Fitness, are on hand to provide an introduction, personal training and a range of classes (dependent on location).

Apartments with communal spaces

Community is key to getting the most out of living with us. We believe that the best way to meet your neighbours is by spending time in the communal areas. These are designed to the highest standard and provide a range of facilities for residents to enjoy.

The communal spaces are available to all residents and act as an extension of your apartment. Be sure to look out for our social events that take part in these spaces.

Communal spaces to hire

If you wish to host a private event then you can enjoy one of the bookable spaces available. This could be a dining room, kitchen, lounge or BBQ area. Spaces are available to be booked with an hourly fee.

Buildings with an on-site shop

We have recently partnered with Pantry to offer residents a 24/7 on-site, unmanned shop. This provides household essentials as well as decadent treats without residents ever needing to leave the building.

Looking for something that isn't available? Pantry are happy to hear your recommendations for new products to be stocked.

Work from home spaces

Working from home has become the new norm. We appreciate that working from your apartment can get a little stale, which is why we've equipped each building with a dedicated working from home space for residents to use. 

Choose from a sound-proof booth, co-working table or a bookable meeting room. All WFH spaces benefit from fast, free WiFi.

We're all just big kids really and hanging out with friends to play pool, computer games or table tennis is excitingn no matter your age. We've equipped each of our buildings with a dedicated space for you to enjoy games with friends, family and neighbours.

Apartments with car parking spaces

Car parking is available at selected buildings on a first come first served basis. Each car park is secure and monitored by CCTV.

Spaces are limited and an additional fee is required upon booking.
