Receive availability: A member of our team will review your preferences and contact you to discuss available apartments that match your criteria.
Attend a viewing: We'll schedule a convenient time for you to visit the selected apartment(s). During the viewing, you'll have the opportunity to explore the space and ask any questions about the property and amenities.
Reserve your apartment: If you decide to proceed, you can reserve the apartment by paying a holding deposit of £350. This amount will later contribute to your deposit upon a successful application.
Referencing: To ensure a smooth tenancy, we'll conduct referencing checks, which include verifying your employment status, income, and previous rental history. You'll need to provide documents such as proof of identity, proof of income, and references from your employer.
Move-In: Once the vetting process is successfully completed, we'll finalise the tenancy agreement. You'll then pay the first month's rent and the balance of your deposit. Afterward, you can move into your new home and enjoy the amenities and community events we offer.
