The development of the properties is amazing, everything is modern and clean. The apartment themselves are fresh and always clean and love that you still get parking in the apartments as most of the place in central have a hard time finding any kind of parking.
A brilliant use of a repurposed building, with fanatic views spanning well over 30 miles towards the horizon, seeing both Ascot and London. Building management is second to none with attentive staff on hand when needed. The building is never anything less than spotless. Wonderful communal area with working space, kitchen and outside area.
Excellent development right in the heat of town and within a short walk to the train station. The building is kept clean and tidy with secure entry and exit points. Gated parking option is a huge bonus.
I love living at Berkshire House. The staff are very focused towards making the building homely and welcoming. The layout of my studio is very spacious and so well laid out that it feels like a 1 bed. I am also surprised at how quiet my flat is considering I have neighbours at each side and above. I definitely would like to stay here for a while.
Amazing deal. The house is located in the heart of Maidenhead, a great amount of shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes is around. Very good design, nice common areas with wide space to play and sit with other tenants. Appartments are well projected with a relatively good space. Building manager Andy is a extremely friendly person that is always keen to help and taking very good care of the place.
Super modern design. Bright and airy. Even a smaller studio still doesn’t feel too small. Communal area and roof terrace great to have available. Staff at Berkshire house are also very helpful and kind. Overall would highly recommend Berkshire house to anyone.
The Building is secured with two entrances, doors are secured by fobs. It is generally clean all the time. Services are well maintained and the management are nice and friendly. The common area at the 14th floor is a great addition.
The building's design is just superb. It is modern, simple and has all the amenities and facilities one could possibly need! It is always clean and it honestly is a great place to come home to. Regarding the building and property management, the resident's team is really friendly and quick at dealing with issues.
The building is fab, can’t recommend it enough. The communal spaces are great and always kept tidy. The communal spaces are also great to WFH in if you like. The people at the front desk and the entire team is super friendly and helpful, they do make you feel at home. I never have to wait too long for an elevator. And the view from kitchen, the terrace and the games room is priceless. The flats are really nice with stylised furniture.

Development is good ! Feels good to live here . You can leave your worry behind and enjoy your life ! There are so many shops nearby . You literally have to walk to find anything ! Grocery , post office , delivery , etc - you name it and it’s there ! Plus building supports animal . I love to cuddle furry babies :)
Development is very well located. Super build quality. Nice interiors. Very responsive and amicable staff. Management is professional. And the list of facilities ( library, dining space, work space, terrace garden, gym, billiards room etc) is super useful.

Great concept, fantastic staff members, and luxurious living right on top of Archway tube station. The skyline views are staggering and the common areas are very well designed. Also lots of great and helpful tenants around.

The design of the house is very avant-garde, with all floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see the London Eye, and surrounded by low-rise buildings, you can see the whole picture of London, and there is a multi-purpose room on the 16th floor, where you can hold parties, as well as entertainment rooms and The gym can be said to be very friendly and healthy. The front desk is very friendly and greets us every time we pass by and communicates with our tenants with a smile.
When you live with us, we manage all your utilities bills including Wi-Fi, water, and electricity. Since we run large apartment buildings, we are able to negotiate favourable rates with utilities providers to get you a fair price.
Each month, you'll pay your bills and rent in one simple transaction. The cost of your bills is in addition to the rental price advertised.

Both our studios at Vantage Point in Islington, and Berkshire House in Maidenhead have an on-site car park available exclusively to residents. Ask our lettings team about costs when you enquire.
Our studio apartments come furnished by default, however if you already have some furniture of your own, we are often able to remove some pieces where possible. A standard studio apartment comes equipped with:
a king-sized bed
two bedside tables
a 2-person sofa
a coffee table
a side table
a 2-person dining table with chairs
Our Maidenhead studios range from 312 to 404 square feet, while our Islington studio apartments range from 415 to 495 square feet. Most of our studios include a storage unit that helps separate the sleeping and living space. making the apartment feel like an open-plan 1-bedroom apartment.
Our studios are available for 12 months, 24 months or more, however we can accomodate more specific tenancy lengths. Just ask our lettings team when you enquire!
To rent a studio flat with uys, you'll need to provide the following documents:
Right to Rent Documents: Proof of your right to live in the UK (passport, visa, etc.).
Proof of Employment and Income: Payslips (usually three to six months) or tax returns if self-employed.
Credit Check: Once you apply, we will conduct a credit check to assess your financial reliability.
Guarantor Documents (if needed): Proof of your guarantor's income and identity.

The first step to renting an apartment with us is to complete an enquiry form like the one on this page. You'll then be invited to view our apartments (if you wish) and then make an offer!
If your offer is accepted, it usually takes a few days to complete your application, including any referencing and processing of documents.
Yes they are! We welcome pets with open arms, however we encourage residents to be mindful of the amount of space their pet will need to be happy and healthy. See our other apartments for something a little larger.
