Studio apartments

When you live with us, we manage all your utility bills including Wi-Fi, water, and electricity. Since we run large apartment buildings, we are able to negotiate favourable rates with utility providers to get you a fair price. Each month, you'll pay your bills and rent in one simple transaction. The cost of your bills is in addition to the rental price advertised.

We welcome students in all of our developments! Our studio apartments at Vantage Point are perfectly placed for easy access to most of London's universities including:

Our studios at Vantage Point in Islington have an on-site car park available exclusively to residents. Ask our lettings team about costs when you enquire.

Our studio apartments come furnished by default. However, if you already have some furniture of your own, we are often able to remove some pieces where possible. A standard studio apartment comes equipped with:
• a king-sized bed
• two bedside tables
• a 2-person sofa
• a coffee table
• a side table
• a 2-person dining table with chairs

To rent a studio flat with us, you'll need to provide the following documents:
1. Right to Rent Documents: Proof of your right to live in the UK (passport, visa, etc.).
2. Proof of Employment and Income: Payslips (usually three to six months) or tax returns if self-employed.
3. Credit Check: Once you apply, we will conduct a credit check to assess your financial reliability.
4. Guarantor Documents (if needed): Proof of your guarantor's income and identity.

The first step to renting an apartment with us is to complete an enquiry form like the one on this page. You'll then be invited to view our apartments (if you wish) and then make an offer! If your offer is accepted, it usually takes a few days to complete your application, including any referencing and processing of documents.

Yes, they are! We welcome pets with open arms, however, we encourage residents to be mindful of the amount of space their pet will need to be happy and healthy. See our other apartments for something a little larger.
