I can't recommend Union Wharf, Essential Living and Greenwich enough
The roof terrace will sell the building to you! Incredible views of London's skyline, two outdoor bbq areas, comfortable seating and an indoor communal space complete with pool table and board games / books. you can also hire out a private dining room which we did last Christmas to host 20 of our friends and it was great, it made the occasion really special.
Prime Location, beautiful design, excellent service
The building is very well designed, furbished and decorated, the communal areas are modern, luxurious and very well designed and maintained. The management team and reception offer an excellent service.
Dream home found!
We've finally found our dream home and there's honestly nothing to dislike! Our flat is beautiful, everything is so well thought-out and the furnishings are incredibly stylish. I love the ample storage space, the bathrooms are a dream, I love the floor-to-cealing windows, the excellent soundproofing, the incredibly well designed kitchen, the underfloor heating and cooling. The rooftop is arguably one of the best views in London and makes an amazing wfh space as well. Huge shout out to the residential team who are always friendly and helpful!
Great place and people
Great property with amazing facilities like the gym on the 22nd floor. The staff is so helpful and friendly especially Ines. Quick to resolve any issues. The building itself is very secure. The furniture provided is very comfortable. Overall very comfortable.
Great place to live!
Firstly, the views are INSANE! Hands down best views in London. The building itself is gorgeous, modern, and stylish. The facilities are great and always well kept. The gym is fairly small so it would be nicer to have more space there. The building management team is lovely and always super responsive. We are grateful for everything they do.
10/10 would recommend living here
Building and property management has been excellent. All interactions with the residents team have been fantastic from problems we had before moving to the first day of moving in and until now!
Union Wharf deserves a 6/5
Collier point at Union wharf is really stunning. Regarding the design, there is a very good mix of real and quality synthetic plants that bring the space to life. The development definitely caters to pet owners, too, having multiple spaces for dogs to do their business. Regarding the communal facilities, they’re really well-kept and very comfortable. The gym has everything you need to do a good workout, and it is kept very tidy. The staff are all wonderful too, friendly and professional. Our flat itself is very comfortable in all seasons and the appliances are energy efficient modern. The price is perfect.
Perfect balance of city life and a tranquil retreat
The development itself is everything you’d want from a modern rental experience. Modern, stylish and minimalistic. Property management are fantastic and no issue is too small for their help. The gem in the crown is the communal top floor, including incredible views and a gym as well.
Simply amazing!
The design of the flats are modern and comfortable, and allows space for your personal decoration. The building is always clean, it also feels safe living here.
Union Wharf - what I was looking for after 10 years in London
Union Wharf has been my home for the last year, so I can talk to you about winter, summer, and lockdown! A good new built, keeps noise out, and has great temperature management (both winter heating and summer cooling). The apartments are spacious, with lots of storage and light. The kitchen and bathrooms are of the highest quality, and the appliances are also great. In terms of facilities, we have a small garage area, but sufficient bike storage, and the roof terrace. You need to see it to believe it. The residents lounge is beautiful, flooded with light and full of plush sofas to relax. The communal kitchen, that you can rent out for parties, overlooks Canary Wharf, and there is also a small gym, with the possibility of PTs and yoga lessons!
