Mandy is part of the resident services team at Dressage Court, in charge of keeping our residents happy and supporting them with what they need. Mandy is plant obsessed and has revived many a house plant around the building, including some resident's!
Carlota helps the residents of Vantage Point with their daily needs, from accepting deliveries to simply having a chat. A local to the area, Carlotta loves the beautiful parks of Islington.
Felix is one of the friendly faces you'll see on the reception desk and around the building at Vantage Point. He's here to support our residents and make sure they have everything they need.
Marcia has been helping our residents at Vantage Point with all their needs since 2016. She loves knowing anyone and everyone at Vantage Point and seeing new families start as time goes by. Her favourite part of Vantage Point is the 16th floor dining room (especially at Christmas) for its jaw-dropping views.
Michelle works to help people join our fantastic communities of Dressage Court and Vantage Point. Michelle is warm and approachable and loves talking to our residents as they pass through reception each day. When Michelle isn't busy helping you find your perfect home, you'll often find her binging the latest true crime documentary.
Lukas is our in-house handyman, in charge of keeping Vantage Point running smoothly. A fitness fanatic who loves travelling, Lukas' favourite thing about the neighbourhood of Vantage Point is the amazing parks around Archway and nearby Highgate.
Olly manages the resident services teams that make our developments great. He previously managed Union Wharf and has since brought his charm to residents across our other locations.

The people at the front desk and the entire team is super friendly and helpful, they do make you feel at home. I never have to wait too long for an elevator. And the view from kitchen, the terrace and the games room is priceless. The flats are really nice with stylised furniture.
Love living at vantage point, the building is really well decorated and all the flats have modern furniture. Great facilities from the gym to all the communal areas.
Development is very well located. Super build quality. Nice interiors. Very responsive and amicable staff. Management is professional. And the list of facilities ( library, dining space, work space, terrace garden, gym, billiards room etc) is super useful.
The building is fab, can’t recommend it enough. The communal spaces are great and always kept tidy. The communal spaces are also great to WFH in if you like. The building is very modern and the flats are beautiful. The residents team are amazing and can’t help you enough, always lovely to stop and chat to! The design of the house is very avant-garde, with all floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see the London Eye, and surrounded by low-rise buildings, you can see the whole picture of London, and there is a multi-purpose room on the 16th floor, where you can hold parties, as well as entertainment rooms and The gym can be said to be very friendly and healthy. The front desk is very friendly and greets us every time we pass by and communicates with our tenants with a smile.
There is not enough praise we can give the resident's team we have here. Always with smiles on their faces and happy to help, I have ZERO complaints. I love the fact that there are communal areas, it gives me a lot of things to explore in my free time.
