WE ARE ESSENTIAL LIVING

Formed in 2012, Essential Living is a london-based property developer with a difference. We don't sell any of the homes we've lovingly built, we rent them.

We're ambitious and we want the experience of renting with us to become widely recognised as the benchmark you should come to expect from all rentals.

PET FRIENDLY

With more than 150 pets and growing, our community is full of beloved furry companions—including dogs, cats, and rabbits. We celebrate our love for them by hosting a “Pet of the Month” in each building. The lucky winners get a goody bag of treats and, of course, some well-deserved bragging rights.
